An original series of stage shows created by Michelle LeBlanc.

Michelle LeBlanc, jazz vocalist and American history buff, has created a series of history themed live shows that celebrate Jazz music as a way of telling the story of America. Each concert traces the development of jazz and the historical trends that generated this uniquely American art form. Michelle chooses popular jazz songs as the framework for each show and weaves stories around the tunes, highlighting the composers, the musicians and their times. Michelle has received support from New York State Council on the Arts annually since 1999 to develop and perform her shows.
